Research The Model Of College Teaching Resources Management Under The Cloud Computing Environment

With the development of educational informationization, a large amount ofrelevant teaching and research resources has been accumulated in the college; they arethe most precious teaching information, but only the minority people use them becausethat they lacked the normative of the resources construction. Teaching resources hasserious shortage for closed resources management in our country. The method ofthinking in the thesis has been put forward under the background, the thesis built thescientific teaching resource management model, collected and standardizedmanagement of the fragmented teaching resources in the college, in order to betterprovide students and teachers with teaching resources service.The paper analyzed the current situation of the college teaching resourcemanagement, elaborated the existing resource management model of the college, andanalyzed facing problems of the teaching resource management based on currentsituation. It described the principle of cloud computing resource management service,the hierarchical structure of service model and corresponding functional characteristics,and the positive effect of the cloud computing technology and virtual technology wasbeen analyzed in resource management. The paper put forward the model of thecollege teaching resources management in cloud computing environment based on thecloud computing technology and virtual technology. The model included infrastructureservices, intermediate layer services, application layer services; each layer providesusers with the service of the corresponding function to meet their needs. The paperdesigned the education storage cloud, which included public storage cloud, privatestorage cloud, third storage cloud, in order to solve the problems of the resourcedescription data generality and scalability. The structure of teaching resourcesmanagement was realized by cloud computing technology, it had abundant functions,such as user management, data query, resource locating, and it ensured the sharing ofdata and service between resources and other platform.Finally, the teaching resources management model in the cloud computingenvironment was tested by performance testing software. The results showed that the model reached expectation, which illustrated that the model of the teachingresources management in the cloud computing environment had better reliability. Thepaper confirmed that the model provided the possibility of sharing servicescapabilities of college teaching resources between heterogeneous systems andmanagement systems, to bring about tremendous convenience for teachers and students,and yet greatly saved the cost of resource facilities and equipment investment for theUniversity. So users could gain the corresponding teaching resources rather than spendtoo much money to buy them.The open model of the resource management provided user with a better solution,for the usage of trans-Campuses resources, self-growth of teaching resources, sharingof data between heterogeneous systems.
