China has a vast territory and the development of vocational education in differentplaces is unbalanced. The vocational educational systems of provinces and citiesmake different policies by themselves and construct the data centers of their own,which makes the redundant use of the IT resources and the failure of sharing and fullyusing of the teaching resources so that constrain the development of vocationaleducation. In daily teaching activities,the teachers and the students study by themeans of computer and network, producing large amounts of data, but the schoolcannot meet the needs of storing and sharing of more and more teaching resources. Onthe other, the training centers of vocational schools shoulder not only the teaching andtraining duties but also the social training and certificate tests, and the distinct tasksrequire different system environments and software so that the amount and difficultyof managing work are quite big.The education cloud in a technology which makes use of advanced cloudtechnology to synthesize and informationize the teaching informationized resourcesand system so that they can be arranged and achieved unitively on the platform ofcloud, then they can be provided to teachers, students and even social service systemthrough Internet.On the basis of deeply analyzing the related concepts, features and application ofcloud computing and virtualization, the paper discusses the core technology andservice-offering ways in the present teaching application field; according to theproblems exist in the present teaching platform especially the management ofresources, the paper refers the secondary vocational private cloud and discusses theavailable service and service manners of teaching resources platform based on thecloud. Besides, it analyzes and studies the mode and framework of the secondaryvocational private cloud and provides them. In the following step, the paper analyzesthe difficulties exist in the present management of laboratories of secondaryvocational schools, and it gives the virtualization solution and data-shifted strategy and makes the application of simulated experiment and analysis; finally, the paperstudies the probable mode and challenges of carrying out the cloud computing insecondary vocational schools and it gives the strategy of developing into cloudtechnology for the school, then analyzes the probable hidden data safety troubles andthe problems of pirating the intellectual property rights, in the end, gives a mode ofservice credible visiting and controlling on the basis of the cloud encryption.The contribution and creation of the paper include: Gives the mode of secondaryvocational private cloud, and provides the theoretical support for implementingsecondary vocational educational cloud; Gives the virtualization solution anddata-shifted strategy in the laboratories of such schools, and makes the application ofsimulated experiment and analysis, providing the examples of developing theeducational cloud project; Gives a mode of service credible visiting and controlling onthe basis of the cloud encryption, providing the supporting mode of the educationcloud security insurance.
