With the development of society, people face more and more challenges and crisis which make it impossible for people to make all accomplishments with any knowledge or skill of just one field. Instead everyone in the society are being asked to take a continuously life-long study, that is, permanent education. Under this background the convention that higher education functions as the termination of education is broken down. As a quite important aspect of human's all-round development, education on college students' career development has been gaining more and more attentions from ordinary people as well as educators. The highest state of human's overall development is the free development of people's individuality. According to this theory, people do not work just for work any more on the production line. They actually pursue to realize their fulfillment, that is, to perfect their personality during their work. So the purpose of education on college students' career development is to realize employment so as to perfect themselves and realize their fulfillment during their work. Considering China's national situation, difficulties of college students' to get jobs have inevitably become reality. Under this situation that college students grasp vocational skills through their training which could promote their capability of seeking and creating employment could be an effective way to solve their problem to get jobs.China's education on college students' career development is currently in an embryonic stage without relatively integrated patterns and system. At present there are not so many researches on this project, and most of these researches mainly focus on its necessity, significance, practice and so on. Australia vocational education and its training system in its lifelong education occupy an important place even in the vocational education system of the world with its professional training for college students as an especially significant feature. Thus Australia's professional training of college students could be an important reference for the development of China's vocational training for college students.For this reason, this paper aims to compare the deference's between Australia's professional training of college students and the education on college students'career development in China on the state institution (including their backgrounds as well as contents) and actual implementation such as the administrative organization, the actual enforcement body as well as its specific practice. A significant feature of this paper is the application of the interview research which functions as the main method to obtain the firsthand information about the education on college students' career development of our country which is much more believable and solid.This paper mainly works on the following aspects. The first chapter gives a discussion on the necessity of the education on college students' career development. The permanent education theory has become an irreversible trend of educational development in the21st century. Moreover, the important connotation of human's all-round development is the free development of human's individuality. For the reasons above, the difficulties to get jobs require college students to take vocational education and training. Thus the education on college students' career development seems necessary in modern society. The second chapter takes a comparison and research on the institution and implementation of China's and Australia's college students' vocational education and training and also this chapter puts an emphasis on the comparison of these two countries'institutional backgrounds. College students' vocational education and trainings occupy quite an important position on both China's and Australia's educational background. In China, however, the importance of such position needs more strengthening. The third chapter focuses on the comparison and analysis on the management and implementation departments of college students' vocational education and training in both China and Australia. In our country there is no professional management department for the education on college students'career development. As a result of that, every sector has its own thought and practice on the management of college students' vocational education and training, which leads to market disruption, mingling of training organization and irregularity of training quality. The forth chapter puts an emphasis on the interview of two college students who are taking their vocational training. This part will show people a small part of the whole training markets well as the real experiences of both trainers'and trainees'. The fifth chapter makes some suggestions on the education and training on college students' career development in our country after the necessary analysis and specific research above. These suggestions include the establishment of a lifelong vocational education and training system, the reinforcement of national system building, the implementation of various education organizations, etc.This paper tries to analyzes college students' vocational training in Australia the system, policy guidance, the management of the department, agency implementation, hope for our country vocational training, including the government departments of the system of the security policy for the training agency management, implementation, and the development of college students' vocational training direction and development mode can be reference.
