Technology and Continuing Education(TAFE)in Australia is a model for vocational and technical education in the world and contributes to the delivery of a large number of skill-oriented and talented Australian professionals who teach and train them.The cultivation of VTE teachers is of crucial importance to vocational education in Australia.The institutes of TAFE system are the main body of VTE training,and even to the extent that government-led vocational education bodies that promote and cooperate with each other in schools and industries.The TAFE system has gone through five stages since the date of its birth.Under the guidance of the Australian government,the TAFE system has become the basis of the national vocational education system after long-term development and expansion.On May 12,2010,the Australian Council for Innovation and Business Skills Review released a new version of Australia's Professional Teacher Qualifications Training Package,TAE10,which inherits and develops the features of the Old Training Package and will train TAE10 Vocational Teachers As a priority,the quality of VTE teachers directly determines the quality of technical personnel to be delivered to the society.Therefore,VTE teacher training under the TAFE system is an essential part.This essay will sort out the organization,object,target,contents and methods of training of TAE10 teachers in TAFE system in Australia.By further analyzing the process and curriculum of VTE teacher training in RMIT University,Teach the characteristics of teacher training and training for our country's vocational education teachers to learn ideas and practices.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the formation process of Australian TAFE system and vocational education teacher training system as well as its development track and system constitution.Through the analysis of the background,further focus on TAE10 under the TAFE system,the main purpose of training teachers.The second chapter introduces the content of TAE10 training package in Australia TAFE system in details.The training package "Certificate IV in Training and Assessment " is the main narrative object.These new and old training package of TEE04 and TAE10 are compared from two aspects of horizontal and vertical Similarities and differences between these packages,in addition also highlighted the characteristics of the new training package with thetimes.The third chapter introduces the TAE10 vocational teachers under the TAFE system in the implementation of the method,and the use of the Royal Melbourne Institute of the case for empirical analysis,from the training content,the structure and implementation of the training,training and evaluation of training and other aspects of the school how to train vocational teachers.The fourth chapter is to sort out the characteristics of TAE10 teacher training in the TAFE system in Australia through the implementation of the preceding article.The conclusion part of the Australian TAFE system under the TAE10 teacher training of some of the summary thinking,and the advantages of sorting out,in order to help our vocational education teacher training system.
