The Paper aims at researching our country's current college entrance exam system. It is according to the train of thought which combines historical research with international reference, macro and micro analysis, theoretical analysis and practical examples. It not only macroscopically and theoretically analyses the university entrance exam autonomous enrollment development context and nature, but also microcosmically investigates the stakeholders of college entrance exam, grasping the actual effect of university entrance exam's social influence and dilemma, strive to grasp the development direction of the entrance exam reform development, in order to perfect the reform and provide the reform with theoretical basis and practical ideas.Firstly, the theory neatens the historical changes of entrance exam of college, and it uses the Literature Law examining the joint recruitment in the middle of the Republic of China, the joint test in the early days, the current joint college entrance exam. The occurrence of the university entrance exam system is not an accident, the objective law of exam makes contribution. Meanwhile, the theory compares three kinds of joint examinations, found that they were not the same one. The current high level university entrance exams and autonomous enrollment before college entrance exam has great difference.Secondly, according to the stakeholder theory thoughts and methods, the paper discuss the same and different interest demand of the the central government, local government, university and high school students etc in the generation of the autonomous enrollment entrance exam system and changes in the process., at the same time it analyzes the game behavior between them. It explores the social impact and social psychology of the college joint entrance exam system, tests its effectiveness, and reveals itself and the existing problems in the implementation.Thirdly, the paper briefly review and analyze the history of joint examination in the United States, Britain, Japan, and Taiwan area of our country, in order to explores the change of the trend and beneficial experience as well as surveying the model of the recruiting students of college under the background of the higher education popularity, the carry out of right of school-running autonomy. Finally, the theory discuss the development direction of college entrance exam system. it mainly analyzes that the college entrance exam system how to "adjust position", deal with the relationship among the independent enrollment, unified college entrance examination, and the college teaching, it holds that college entrance exam system should adhere to the systematic, the scientific, fair, and the gradual principles. Meanwhile, College entrance exam should further break "closed" state, increase the number of "alliance", and finally transfers from intercollegiate entrance exam to "discipline-professional" entrance exam; At the same time it must ensure the liquidity and proximity of universities who carry out entrance exam, strengthen self-discipline and external supervision, build strong third party agencies. In the end,the paper advances some concrete suggestions.
