Investigation And Countermeasure On Continuing Education Of Art Teachers In Hangzhou Senior High School

As the development of society and the constant practice of New Lesson Change, people pay more and more attention to the professional ization development of teachers. Teachers, as the passers of knowledge, should adjust their knowledge structure and improve their teaching level to meet the new demand for students. Continuing Education for teacher offers a good platform for the growing of teachers' professionalization. The purpose of this text is to find out the issues and reason existing in the continuing education for middle school teachers of Hangzhou, and raise concrete strategy through the objective analysis for the current situation of this continuing education.
