In order to thoroughly implement the Party’s spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and create a highly qualified and professionally-educated team of teachers with satisfactory party members,the issue of continuing education for teachers is highly valued and has received the attention of the education community.However,through investigation and analysis of the status quo of continuing education of junior middle school teachers in Zhenshan County,it is found that there are many aspects of training courses that need to be improved and improved.Therefore,the investigation and analysis of the status quo of continuing education for junior middle school teachers in townships and townships in Zhongshan City are conducted,and the problems and causes of these problems are analyzed,and constructive countermeasures are proposed.This article uses the method of literature research and takes Xiaolan Township of Zhongshan City as an example.It uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current status of continuing education,analyzes existing problems and causes,and studies the development model of Xiaolan Town,Zhongshan City.Research on the Effectiveness of the Continuing Education for Junior Middle School Teachers in Towns and Towns.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,focusing on the research background,purpose and significance,combing the relevant research results and clarifying the core concepts,research ideas,technical routes and innovation points.The second part is the current situation survey,using the method of questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the six aspects of the continuing education of junior high school teachers in Xiaolan Town,Zhongshan,and provide the realistic basis for the discovery of the problems.The third part focuses on the analysis of the existing problems,mainly including four aspects,namely,reunification and light selection,heavy project light overall,short effect and light aftereffect,and light results in heavy school time.The fourth part is to analyze the problems in front of the problems,and point out that the causes of the problems are mainly four aspects,one is to ignore the subject of the trainees,the other is the imperfect evaluation system,the third is the lack of professional guidance,and the fourth is the lack of training resources.The fifth part is the countermeasure.Based on the methodology of the structural reform of the supply side in the economic field,this paper discusses four countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the continuing education of junior high school teachers in Xiaolan Town,Zhongshan,including optimizing the supply content,innovating the supply method,improving the supply capacity and reducing the supply cost.The sixth part,summary and prospect.
