From the beginning of 1999, the ministry of education initiated the primary and middle school teachers’ continuing education projects in the country, all kinds of cadre training, employee training, etc. Set up the clear goal in physical education teachers continuing education. At present, regional experts have more research on it and put higher requirements to primary and secondary school physical education teachers in mode, target, content, method, form, etc.The physical education teachers in primary and middle schools.Selected Changchun Chaoyang, Kuancheng, Nanguan, Erdao, Lvyuan five mainly administrative region twenty-two secondary schools, thirty-eight primary two hundred primary and secondary school physical education teachers to conduct research.There are one hundred and sixty-one male teachers and thirty-nine female teachers.We research middle and primary school sports teacher of Changchun city, by using literature material law, questionnaire investigation, interview method and mathematical statistics.We analysis status of Changchun city area of primary and secondary school physical education teachers continuing education and find out the existing problems and reasons and put forward some feasible suggestions and countermeasures.The goal is to Improve the Changchun city primary and middle school physical education teachers continuing education system.Promote the development of Changchun city middle and primary school sports teachers’ further education, and make the physical education teachers continuing education rationalization, routinization and institutionalized, improve sports teachers’ knowledge aging, change the old thinking of the physical education teachers in four years, in order to meet the current and future of physical education teachers of the practical need of society.The conclusion of this study have the following aspect:1.A lot of physical education teachers work at school. Their task is heavy, the wages were low, it is very difficult to go out for learning.2.The school continuing education management system construction is not sound, which lack of effective incentive measures. Under the leaders, many teachers just in order to complete the department.But the result is dispatching task, who lack of initiative in learning, it rised waste of training resource.3.Training institutions is lack of research of the basic education, and the actual demand for physical education teachers lacke awareness of understanding.4.On the select training way, teachers are more interested in events, but lack of cognition of pure theoretical sports research.5.In terms of the choice of training course content, physical education teachers are interested in sports trauma, sports course of the game, but lack of sports scientific research course.6.Education institutions lack of strict system of physical education teachers continuing education teachers decided that regulation does not reach the designated position, and so on.Aiming at problems in Changchun city primary and secondary school physical education teachers continuing education, I put forward the following Suggestions in combination with the actual situation :1.The continuing education of Changchun City is not the policy support.2.The education evaluation system is not perfect in the system construction of Changchun city, the continuing education evaluation is not combined with personal interests.3.Training is not fully play its role,The lack of forward-looking and targeted training.
