The Research On Development Situation Of Taoyuanju Community Social Organizations In Shenzhen

With the continual deepening of reform and opening to the outside world, the role of thecommunity highlighted ceaselessly, and community building has been put on the governmentagenda. Community social organizations are accompanied by the development of city communitybuilding. Because of them mass, vitality and cohesive force, they have been the organizationcarrier and important means of community building. They also play important role in building ofgrassroots democracy and the management of grass-roots social affairs and social services.Therefore, this article using case study method, take ShenZhen TaoYuanJu community which hasachieve good result in community social development as an example, have a deep investigation inTaoYuanJu community social organizations' development process, basic situation, relationships,roles, difficulties and so on. Based on the above analysis, the author concluded TaoYuanJucommunity social organizations' development is a multiparty participated, diversity, group type'ssustainable development. This article also response the conclusion from theoretical level, andaccording to TaoYuanJu community social organizations' development experience, proposed somesuggestions in promoting community social organizations' development. The suggestions are: thegovernment change the concept, give more support to the community social organizations;strengthening community social organizations' self-construction; establishing a good relationshipwith government and business organizations in the community governance. Finally, the authordiscussed the limitation of this study and the further research space in community socialorganizations.
