The Practical Study On The Application Of The Model Of Area Development In “The Interaction Among The Community,Social Organization And Social Worker" Mechanism

With the deepening of our country's political and economic system reform,grassroots social life began to community-centered,and our community system evolved from "community service" and "community management" to "community governance"."Linkage of Community,Social Organization and Social Workers" as a practice first,the government-led grassroots social governance innovation model,once put forward has been widespread concern.At present,the community has become one of the important areas of social work,community social work as one of the three major social work methods,in practice to achieve a wide range of applications.The model of area development is one of the main modes of community work and is widely used in the practice of social work.Based on the theory of dominance and social capital,this paper explores what is the role can the model of area development play in promoting the "Linkage of Community,Social Organization and Social Workers" through the practical research on the application of the regional development model in the three associations.Based on the practical exploration of the social activists' promotion of the "Linkage of Community,Social Organization and Social Workers" in the Z community,it is concluded that the regional development model is conducive to broadening the scope of community service and is conducive to advancing and carrying out the reform of social governance.At last this paper put forward five suggest :the government strengthen policy guidance and support;deepen the community,social organization,social work tripartite cooperation,promote the community to promote the development of community-based community development;cultivate the backbone of the community at all levels of the community,play the function of social organization;focus on community volunteer motivation and development;mobilize community resources to solve community problems.
