China's PE model began in the mid-1980s, the teaching holistic reform covers PE guidingideology, content, methods, means, organizational form of many of the content. Track andField Course as sports-based technology teaching general courses, occupies an importantposition in sports Curriculums. Teaching theories from the principle of control theory, thetheory of modern educational technology, and track and field techniques to build a controlledteaching mode, and its implementation to parse; through expert interviews and questionnaires,the establishment of the learning evaluation system and evaluation criteria. Selectedexperimental and control groups in the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education freshmenteaching experiment, the experimental group, controlled teaching mode, the control groupusing traditional teaching mode, and the score after the experiment two groups of indicatorsindependent sample-T inspection, testing their mean significant difference in levels. The studyresults showed that:1.The experimental and control groups in technical cognitive ability, the various aspectsof the technology to grasp the situation and heavy and difficult to master level scoresignificant difference is very obvious; technical operations capabilities, actions demonstratethe capability of teaching organization, ability and body language abilitythere are significantdifferences. That control the teaching mode of teaching can improve students' cognitive leveland the teaching of practical ability.2.experimental and control groups in the technical compliance capabilities, boysperformance for the100m run, Backward Slide Shot Put and come forward as the long jumpresults, there were significant differences, of which the first difference between the two levelsis very significant; girls performance is to come forwardlong jump results there was asignificant difference; average scores were higher in experimental group of boys and girls.The results showed that control the teaching process can enhance students' mastery of thetrack and field skills.3.The finally score of the experimental group were higher than the significant difference isvery obvious; a reasonable proportion of the experimental group score level, the proportion ofdistribution of the control group level is too concentrated, prove that control the teachingmode of teaching to achieve a significant effect.4.Build track and field technical course control mode of teaching theoretical basisKybernetika the basic principles of the three aspects of teaching the basic theory of moderneducational technology theory and athletics. Which control theory, the basic principles as the core theoretical basis, including directional control principle, sequencing control principle,quantitative control theory and feedback principle.5.Track and field class control teaching model is a closed-loop system, the orientationthe sequencing quantitative and feedback principle is used to ensure that the General Trackand Field quality of teaching.6.Track and Field General Training Class in controlled teaching model implemented bythe control before the class lesson in control and after-school control.
