The teaching and training of track and field sports have high requirements for human balance ability.Observing the effect of proprioception combined with core strength training on balance ability can maintain and control body posture.Using literature data,logical analysis,experimental testing,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the 2018 track and field general students of physical education major in Neijiang Teachers College were used as experimental objects,a total of 2 male teaching groups,each group of 20 students,for 8 weeks,30 minutes of training three times a week.Combining the characteristics,main points of the core strength training approach of proprioception and the current status of general track and field teaching,the impact of proprioception combined with core strength training on the human body's balance ability is analyzed,and the balance ability test indicators are selected.Based on the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the comparison of two different training data before and after the experiment,the experimental group at 8 o'clock star shift,closed eyes standing on one foot,and standing triple jump can significantly improve the test indicators of the body's balance ability;the control group is at 8 Point star shift and closed eyes one-leg standing test index also improved significantly but lower than the experimental group;the experimental group and the control group had no obvious improvement effect on the sensitivity quality(T-shaped running).The hurdle and high jump technical evaluation scores in the general track and field content have been significantly improved,the hurdle up to standard achievement has not been significantly improved,and the jump to high mark has improved significantly.The experimental group has a significant improvement effect on the body's balance ability.2.The proprioception combined with core strength training can effectively improve the muscle strength of the trunk muscles,and the proprioception information located at the joints and tendons through the nerves to control the accuracy of the muscles,at the same time increase the student's core stability,improve the transmission efficiency of the core area,and reduce movement substitution Compensation enhances human stability.3.Through the comparative analysis of the teaching experiment of incorporating proprioception combined core strength training and core strength training in the track and field general class,the use of proprioception combined core strength is more significant for students to master the track and field general training technology,and the achievement of the standard is also significantly better Core strength group.4.Compared with core strength training,proprioception combined with core strength training can enhance the stability and mobility of human hips,knees and ankles,as well as the ability to control the trunk and effectively maintain the body's posture.
