Career Development Guidance System For University Students

In this thesis, the author investigates the current vocational situation in Chinese colleges and universities, adopting interviewing methods and the questionnaires to mainly study the primal problems in the career development guidance. And it tries to find the deficiency in CDGSUS(Career Development Guidance System for University Student), such as the misunderstanding of the vocational guidance concept, the irrationality organization, the lack of a professional occupation instruction and the systematical supervision, the singular guiding content, the inperfect of hardware facilities, and so on. On the basis of demonstrating that Chinese colleges and universities must carry out the reforms in CDGSUS, the thesis points out the main direction.Finally, the thesis attemps to build the new CDGSUS used in the home and abroad vocational guide theories and advanced practice for reference and combined with the facts of our country and the actual characteristics of college students. The thesis begins with the different factors of the instructional conception, the organization, the tutors, the contents ,the methods and the service process to set up a new solid CDGSUS. And according to it above, the thesis explores the way how to bring CDGSUS into effect. Take university undergraduate course as an example, from the freshmen to graduates for hunting jobs, the CDGSUS carries out the grading, emphasizing, integrated career development guidance step by step. Compared with the different factors of the current career development guidance of the colleges and universities nowadays, CDGSUS gives prominence to the creations—humanization of instructional conception, systematization of service process, expertization of instructors, individuation of career development guidance and informationization of administration.
