Research On Ideological Transformation Of Middle School Students Under The Attitude Theories

Middle school students are at a critical period to form the correct and stable view of the world,the life and the value. This article from the perspective of social psychology, analyzed that it is no use if the ideological and political education workers want students to accept education only by the compulsory infusion. We must make students change their originally attitude system and form a new one . Ideological and political education work in some sense is the education process of students'attitudes change and consolidating .This paper firstly introduces the concept of attitude, discuss the formation of attitude and the theory of how to change attitude . We analyze the relationship between attitude change and thought intrinsic, and consider that Ideological and political work in secondary schools can learn from attitude theory. According to the persuade and attitude change model of Haveland and Weiss,This paper discussed how to use the attitude theory to change students attitude in five aspects:eductors,education content,education mode,education object and education environment. In practical work,teachers can improve their personality in order to establish the authority,the teaching content must be selected carefully to facilitated the processs of ideological transformation,the interactive method can be used to expand the ways of ideological transformation,let students play their own role in changing their though,optimize the educational environment to promote the platform of how to change students ideological. The above methods can better accomplish the ideological and political education to students in the practical work.
