This report presents in varies type of formats,which including journal,paper survey,visiting & discussion survey,statistic and logical analysis.The survey target are the students and coaches of Zhanjiang amateur sport school.The study including education current situation,training current situation,mental education current situation,and living manageme current situation.Reporting the existing situation and problems existing in Zhanjiang amateur sport school, further more,pointing out the direction of sport college,and the required actions should be carried out.The survey result as the following.1,Education study,students do not have a clear directionin study, foundation knowledge is low.Not interest in studying.Education period varies and not up to the required length.2,about training,the trainers' age and management organization are at the reasonable range,qualification are not high as required,rank are lower than required.Lack of experience.These causing the training projects are not to standard and no reason for supporting the set out of the project.Not following the guidelines,and do not care the selection of resources.The set up for scientific analysis are not up to date,lack of equipment for analyzing study.No keen on using scientific method to improve the a result and in education.Lack of knowledge on scientific analysis.No treat the post as aprofessional, lack of creativity.Basically the training facility is enough for ordinary training,but not up to date,and lack of funding in developing.3,In mental education,the main stream of students in this area is in the correct direction,Unfortunately self control and intention of improvement is not strong enough,part of thestudents are dedicate their free time on internet and computer games. 4,About logistics support,the food and the sleeping environment is no good.Sports ground can fufill the training,but the equipment is backward,medical treatment can not satisfy the student's quest.Suggestion:1,The sport school should aim at educate backup team in sports field, at the same time,should pay attention on development on all directions, such as moral,intellectual,physical The basic education standard is required,as junior should have secondary and primary standard and the senior should have higher standard,such as college or secondary graduated.From time to time improve and increase the requirement and standard of tutors.Both in professional and personal behavior. Introducing new and efficient teaching method,aiming at the problems students are facing and help students to find out solution for their problem.2,Having scheduled continues progress training for tutors and instructors,providing suitable environment and condition that helps the initiation for seeking further study.Motivate the intention of no stop lifetime further study in their profession.Strengthen the morality and respect their profession.Improve training facility.Increase education channel and break through the unique training format.3,Increase students moral education,this should be start at the very beginning.Must fully utilize the function oftutor and instructor.Care and consider the situation of students,understanding the intention of students.4,Make use of actual and typical case as good example in education.Pay attention on building up the repetition of the college.Increasing the networking education Develop and explore suitable persons in hostel management.Set up a complete and perfect dormitory management system,raise money in all kind of ways to change the food and the medical treatment.
