Study On Evaluation For Quality Of Urban Residents' Leisure Life

Our society is entering to universally leisure society, leisure has not only become a new socio-economic and cultural phenomena, but also become one of the basic elements of quality of life. Urban residents, as the main leisure consumption, the quality of their leisur life reflects the comprehensive distillation and the mutual harmony of the economic, cultural, political, social, environmental. With the increasing leisure time, studies on the quality of urban residents' leisure life are imminent. Fuzhou, as a city of with strong capital consumption in East China Sea coast, research on its urban residents'leisure life is quite weakIn this paper, we choose "Evaluation of quality of urban leisure life " as the theme. On the basis of study on a large number of foreign literature and classification of relevant research, this paper presents an assessment index system of the quality of urban leisure life, with combination of objectivity and subjectivity, social and personal indicators. Especially we modify and improve the target system according to the experts'advice and then build evaluation index system of urban leisure quality, composed of the "urban recreation supply, residents needs, personal situations," the three level-1 indicators,11 level-2 indicators and 35 level-3 indicators. And we use linear weighted method as the evaluation system, with AHP method to determine each targeted weight. This study utilized the established index system to analyse and evaluate urban residents'recreational needs and supply in Fuzhou, from the qualitative and quantitative point of view. Research conclusions are of great theoretical and practical significance to content-rich the evaluation of leisure life's quality, are critical for Fuzhou Government to formulate policies and recreation leisure enterprises to tap the leisure market fully and reasonably.
