Comprehensive Evaluation Of Life Quality Of Rural Residents In Shandong At The Background Of The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside

Scientific development view emphasizes people-oriented development. So, caring for the"quality of life"is not only an important embodiment of people-oriented scientific development theory but an important requirement of the 21st century, and the ultimate goal of economic and social development. China is a large agricultural country, rural population takes a greater proportion. The life quality of rural residents has become the focus of the whole society.16 sessions of five CCP plenary conference proposed the magnificent strategy of the construction of new socialist countryside and the goal of"production development, life well-off, local custom civilization,village neatly, management democracy". In the construction of new socialist countryside,making the rural residents rich is the purpose. And the essential connotation is to improve the life quality of rural residents. At the same time ,it is also the important part of constructing harmonious society and overall well-off construction.Firstly, according to the actual conditions of Shandong, this paper consults every requirement for the construction of new socialist countryside and construction of rural well-off society in an all-round way. In the guidance of relevant theoretical foundations,from three respects of economy, society and ecology, this paper has proposed a comprehensive and practical evaluation index system of the life quality of rural residents,which is containing eight subsystems of incomes and consuming,house and infrastructure, traffic and informationization, medical treatment and hygiene, culture and education, social security, democratic legal system and resource environment.Secondly, use the fuzzy judging synthetically, main composition analysis and cmprehensive cluster to appraise the life quality of rural residents in Shandong. Evaluate results show that the overall level of rural residents in Shandong quality in better state ,and the life quality of rural residents of 17 districts are above the average level and have certain regional differences. According to this ,this paper makes classification to three kinds。The first kind is high-quality type, including seven three districts in Qingdao, Weihai and Yantai, which belong to the eastern coastal area;the second kind is basically rich type, including five districts in Zibo,Jinan,Dongying,Weifang and Tai'an; the third kind is insufficient type, including nine districts in Laiwu,Zaozhuang,Rizhao, Jining, Binzhou,Linyi, Liaocheng, Dezhou and Heze。It presents the space structure of " G" type in the regional distribution.Finally, this paper is mainly carried on the study of the countermeasures in improving the life quality of rural residents in Shandong. For the evaluation of the foregoing analysis, it has put forward countermeasures about making great effect to develop economy to get the improvement of the rural residents'life quality in Shandong from seven respects such as the rural residents'material living standard.
