Under the current background of the fact that advancing development of tertiary Industry-service industry in our country, advancing the transformation and upgrade of industry, strengthening the application of new technologies has been issued by National Tourism Administration. It can promote the hotel competitive power through the assistance of intelligent software. As a result, broadening sources of income and reducing expenditure of the hotel will be carried out in practice. It is more convenient to offer clients with personal service.As the largest supplier of hotel software products in South China Region, Shenzhen GS Company is specific for software integrated solution and after sale service system support to hotel and holiday village management. There are about 2000 clients in China. With the increasing market completion, Shenzhen GS Company is supposed to face with bottleneck in business development, it is necessary to change the present marketing mode to a creative style. In this study, the current marketing sale environment, status and existing problems were analyzed by SWOT analytic method and industry analogy method. Marketing mix strategy of hotel software products developed by Shenzhen GS Company was described. The marketing mode was also studied and analyzed deeply by different organizational guarantee systems. A new marketing mode was established for Shenzhen GS Company by using creative management theory and differential strategy theory. The new mode could be benefit for activating the marketing team, establishing a set of effective marketing sale modes and strategies suitable for the current status and future development to Shenzhen GS Company. Also, it can provide some valuable references to those small and medium enterprises which are similar to Shenzhen GS Company.
