The scale of city land use reflect composite development state of society,economy,culture,ecological of the city. Reasonable scale of city land use embody the level of city development. At present,the urbanization of our country have come into the stage of rapid growth。Urban land use scale is growing larger constantly. But the urban construction mainly give priority to "Booth pie" type of extensive expansion mode,It is lead to urban surrounding the massive land change into land for construction purposes and the contradiction of the structure of city land utilization have become intensify. The force of city land use comprehensive exploitation is not enough,and it cause the structure of city land utilization unreasonable. There also exit Idle and inefficient land utilization. In the face of the urban land scale expands unceasingly,our country introduced price mechanism into the Allocation of urban land resources,and using land price this intangible baton to regulate the land market. Using land price to regulate the land market and study the urban land-use scales. This measure not only in guiding the land market,but also have an important role in science to determine reasonable scale of urban land.Urban land price and land use scale is essentially the capitalization of the quantity and price in the spatial distribution of the corresponding relationship each other. On the one hand, the urban land price change with urban district. On the other hand, the scale of urban land use changes with land price and achieve rational land-use scale.This thesis rely on in the national natural science funds projects "based on spatial and temporal variation of land price level city reasonable land scale research".On the base of theory on land rent and land price,land location,the sustainable development, combined with the actual situation of Shijiazhuang,construct CA model based on the land price restriction,Illustratethe effect of space scale meta-translation cell change on the model simulation precision of CA model complet the simulation of the urban land use scale expansion and different situations scale prediction and reveal its urban land capitalization quantity and in the spatial distribution of the mutual correspond symbiotic mechanism To provides the basis for establishing the reasonable size of city.The major content was following:According to the analysis of characteristics of different space scales,we get the CA model under the best space scale state,In different precision conditions,Simulated urban morphology each has its own characteristics In general,just for precision,the more subdivision the cell was divided,the higher the measurement accuracy was in small scale. From 2000 to 2007 the actual urban expansion area was 5130.3576hm2;The best simulation accuracy was in 30m,which the Lee-Sallee shape index was 0.837 and 0.7969. Using the CA model we predicted the simulation of city land scale expansion by 2020 in Shijiazhuang with three scenarios The result of the city scale expansion with first scenarios is more correspond with the city scale which the overall plan for land use have confirmed. From 2009 to 2020,Shijiazhuang land use mainly expand to northeast and southwest, this is according with the general land use planning requirements relatively. In the simulation of eleven years time,the land had expanded about 8256.25hm2,with 750.57hm2 per year,and it can meet fast growth of the Shijiazhuang city scale. City center of Shijiazhuang drift to south.The second scenarios of simulated city scale is smaller,only with the expansion 4244.94hm2 just the half city scale expansion of land price constraint condition. Although protect arable land,but with the smaller city scale which will lead to city land use ask for less than what is provided. This will prompt price rises,and then will influence sustainable development of economic.The third scenarios of simulated city scale will expand to south or east,and this is inconformity with city planning;From the result of we have simulated,although retained the urban construction land internal and the surrounding farmland, forest land, garden land, etc,and formed city "green lung" which can adjust urban environment,but city scale become smaller just with the expansion of 3164.66hm2.In conclusion,the first scenarios is more correspond with the city scale which the overall plan for land use have confirmed from 2006 to 2020. The all factors of CA model especially the main factors (land price) play a more important role in Urban land use scale expansion process in the role of each factor and the reality is more close to the role of And it is illustrated that land price play more important role in the expansion of city scale in the future.
