In the twenty-first century, E-Commerce is developing very fast because of the rapid development of digital technology and open competitive commercial environment. While the E-commerce developed rapidly, the logistics could not catch up. Traditional logistic companies faced both challenges and opportunities.This thesis uses the theories of logistics and supply chains in the research. This thesis concludes the different modes of E-Commerce and logistics, and makes a systematic research of their logistic demands.Based on the analysis of the unbalance of demand and supply of E-Commerce logistics, it points out the necessity of designing and improving logistic operation and set dimensional models, in order to suggest some thinking way for logistic companies.This thesis uses a flexible E-Commerce company, company A, as an example, and analyses the operation mode and competition condition and other aspects of company A, and points out the developing direction of it, in order to offer some reference to the design and creativity of E-Commerce logistic companies. In the end, it gives suggestions on the development of E-Commerce logistics in our country and gives an expectation of further research directions. This thesis has six chapters.Chapter 1:Introduction. This chapter begins with the background and significance of the research, then introduces the goal and method of the research, the concepts comparison and the structure of the essay.Chapter 2:Current research situation both at home and abroad. This chapter expounds the research situation of E-Commerce logistics development and E-Commerce logistic mode both at home and abroad.Chapter 3:The logistic demand of E-Commerce companies. This chapter first defines the boundary of E-Commerce, and divides B2C E-Commerce companies into five types, namely, integrating type, platform type, brand type, chain type, and group buying type, and analyzes the logistic demands of different types.Chapter 4:The design and operation of the third party logistic platform under the circumstances of B2C E-Commerce. This chapter points out the opportunity and challenge of third party logistics, and through the analysis of the serving condition of traditional logistics, getting the problem of the unbalance of supply and demand of E-Commerce logistics, and points out the necessity of operating design of logistic companies, and further points out the thinking way for the logistics companies concerning the creativity and design of dimensional mode of logistic operating mode.Chapter 5:Case analysis of logistic operation under the circumstances of B2C E-Commerce. This chapter analyzes an E-Commerce company, company A's basic condition, operation mode, and competition condition, and points out the developing direction of company A. Hoping to give an example for other logistic companies.Chapter 6:Conclusion and expectation. This chapter summarizes the main conclusion of this essay, based on the previous dissertation, putting up some suggestions on the development of E-Commerce logistics, from three different aspects: the country, E-Commerce industry and logistic industry.
