Changsha Zhongchuan Power Company, a subsidiary of AVIC, is a company specilized in manufacturing gears and gearboxes for aeronautic engines. It is a company that still runs in planning economic systems and is lacking of staff inspiration, which can not meet the tenet "contribution to aviation industry, enrichment to army and civils ", the doctrine "professional and loyalty, innovation and exceeding" and the development strategy of Avic group company. Therefore, this thesis makes analysis on current inspiration situation and main existing problems of Zhongnan Transmission Machinery Works and designs a proper and feasible inspiration system and actions for the company.This thesis fristly describes the conception and classification, domestic development status and the tendence of the theoretic research of inspiration. It aslo makes review main basic theory of inspiration in west countries. Then a comparison on inspiration system between inland and abroad is performed. Critical elements that affect inspiration are detected and main problems existing on inspiration are analyzed by satisfaction and needs investigation of staff on the basisi of company introduction, operation environments, human resources and current inspiration status. What's more, an inspiration plan that fits development of company in the future and main actions to be taken are designed based on development strategy and core competition. Inspiration paln put forward in this thesis is based on the actual situation and it is with creation, pertinence and feasibility.
