Nowadays,the social environment of survival and development for corporations become complex and uncertain.The corporations are facing the unprecedented competition which is actually the competition for human resources.Human resources are the greatest riches to corporation and society.Thus,the training workers becomes the heated topic for corporations.With the great development of society,the deep changes occurs on the ways of all the aspects of social life,and the traditional training ways cannot satisfied to the needs of corporations.It certainly becomes a main task to search the new methods of training which can break the limits of traditional training,of building a system contributes to both the corporations development and the staffs promotion.The thesis bases on the study of training situation in DTHH company,presents the Learning maps to get rid of the problems of traditional training methods such as the outmoded ways,the lack of driving factors and long-term promotion plan.The thesis taking 18 positions for example to draw the Study-map by means of cleaning up the group of positions,making the long-term plan,designing the position capability model,and building the workers' database.Meanwhile,the theses focuses on the progress of the project and adjusts appropriately,which contributes to the informatization methods and the security system.the thesis try to stimulate workers take part in the training process actively through self-orientation,self-navigation and self-controlling,which can solve the problem of traditional training model.
