Study On Life-Cycle Risk Management Base On Project Partnering

As a new project management model, Partnering is applied in the United firstly and gets a great success. This has greatly facilitated the development of Partnering. United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries introduced Partnering and get success. But in China, Partnering is rarely used. The mainly reason is that the corresponding theory in the domestic research and practice is very few .Also laws and regulations of the corresponding system is not perfect.This article studies around the establishment of an effective life-cycle risk management mechanism based on the Partnering project. It Summaries the theory and practice about the Partnering research at home and abroad over the past two decades. On this basis, it analyses the basic theory of Partnering model, including the concept of Partnering, process and characteristics. It analyses the concept of risk management and risk factors based on Partnering project life-cycle, and classifies the risk of life-cycle of Partnering. It founds the Model of the project life-cycle risk management of the Partnering in construction, Organization Model of the project life-cycle risk management of the Partnering in construction and Risk management and control subsystem model. Based on the characteristics of Patterning's risk of life-cycle, it establishes a risk management mechanism for partner selection, culture risk management mechanisms, trust risk management mechanism, moral risk management mechanism, coordination risk management mechanisms, information sharing and information exchange mechanism and risk incentives mechanism.
