This thesis starts from the " Twelfth Five Years Plan" and global telecommunications industry trends, analyzes the current status of new mobile services marketing. By introducing the external operating environment and internal capabilities of Langfang Branch, China Mobile Group Hebei Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Langfang Mobile"), we discuss the current status and constraint factors, analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and point the problems of Langfang Mobile's new business development. Then we provide marketing strategy from the product strategy, platform strategy, channel strategy, clientele strategy HR strategy, organization strategy and other areas, in order to attrac customers, maintain customer group, prevent group customer loss and increase the value of new mobile services, and ultimately improve the overall profitability of Langfang Mobile.
