According to the cohesion theory and studying the corporate culture of Chongqing Unicom depth, this paper is trying to discuss the strategy of building competitive enterprise cohesion. By analyzing many aspects of the staff in Chongqing Unicom, such as, human resources, employee job satisfaction, corporate codes of conduct, employee protection and psychological development,the positive and negative factors of this company have been known. Based on those factors above, how to enhance cohesion is proposed.Cohesion is one of the most important issues of how to rationalize and improve business practices to promote. And it is attractive to employees and enterprises and the attraction between staff. This formation mechanism between the two employees have to meet certain needs, to meet the needs of a positive state of mind, thereby increasing the sense of belonging to the organization and employee groups. After the analysis of the text at the same time, can be more certain cohesion is the fundamental symbol of corporate behavior, cohesion of the size of the business efficiency, benefits, long-term development and growth and development of employees have an important impact. Cohesion is also the vitality of enterprises and the size of an important symbol of the vitality of enterprises.Chongqing Unicom is just the integration of new companies, and has strong cohesion for a new corporate. This article describes the cohesion theory of knowledge, combined with the actual Chongqing Unicom, the question of how companies enhance the cohesion of Chongqing Unicom.
