As a result of the global economy, the enterprise was originally focused purely on economic benefit gradually shifted to the importance of corporate culture and human resources management, how to enhance the cohesion of the enterprise to become the focus of modern enterprise. The Guangzhou T enterprise as the object of study, content of the cohesion of the enterprise from the perspective of corporate culture. This paper gives an empirical study on the cultural characteristics, to enhance the cohesion of enterprise are described, found existing problems enterprises at present, and the specific issues put forward opinions and suggestions.First, the review of enterprise culture and the cohesion of the advanced domestic and foreign literature, and on this basis, this chapter introduces the research background, significance, framework and main methods;Second, analyzes the status quo of China’s enterprise culture and staff cohesion, found in China are the lack of humanization, solid culture, rewards and punishments and lack of attention to the simple internal lack of effective communication phenomenon at present in the building of enterprise culture, which has hampered the internal cohesion.Third, the Guangdong T enterprise as the research object, on the enterprise cohesion are studied, the cognitive dimension of corporate culture of each employee to analyze, and that the enterprise culture has an important effect on employees’ cohesiveness conclusion.Finally, the paper on the basis of empirical research, to verify the research hypothesis, summarized the basic conclusions of this paper, and put forward the enterprise how to enhance the cohesion of the opinions and suggestions on the basis of empirical research.
