Research On The Subject Of Low-rent Housing Policy In The Economy Developed City

The policies in low-rent housing system are required to improve, with the level of China'economy has already been in a new stage. Especially in the economic developed cities, social problems are more prominent, and housing problem is obviously a hot issue. It is an important subject to promote low-rent housing policies according to the actual situation, so as to solve the housing problem of low-income group as soon as possible.The thesis is based on the civil rights and demands, introduces the national responsibility in protecting and realizing the housing rights; promotes a new method, the residual income method, to define the object of the low-income housing policy; takes Shenzhen as a symbol of economic developed cities to make a case analysis. According to the study, it is the low-rent housing policy that should play a bigger role to solve the housing problem. The conclusion is that the government should set up a policy orientation of protecting the housing rights and promoting the social fairness and justice, and set up a dynamic standard to redefine the object of the low-rent housing policy by the residual income method, as well as expand the coverage, so that the housing problem of low-income group could be solved. It is not only the expression of national obligations in protecting the housing rights, but also a requirement of promoting the social harmonious and encouraging the fairness and justice.
