The Actuality Of The Low-rent Housing System Of Jinan City And The Analysis Of The Problems

At present, China's real estate market with the accelerated process of low-income housing problem of inadequate capacity to pay become more prominento Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the government's social management and public service functions, improve government's housing security mechanism, establish a low-rent housing system, low-income families meet basic living needs, which are the inevitable requirements of improving China's social security system, and maintaining social stability. After more than 10 years of exploration, China's low-rent housing system has made great achievements, but there are still many problems in the process of implementation.This paper uses methods of literature and field research, with the literature method in the development course and the current of China's low-rent housing system and the field research method in the analysis of the results of the implementation of the low-rent housing system in Jinan City.In this paper, I strive to put forward some constructive proposals to improve the low-rent housing system of Jinan City, on the basis of the analysis of the results of the implementation of the low-rent housing system in Jinan City and the reality of the conditions of Jinan City. Firstly, the paper reviews the development course of China's low-rent housing system and sums up the current and the effectiveness of the low-rent housing system. Secondly, in the detailed analysis of the current of the low-rent housing system of Jinan City, combined with the analysis of typical cases, this paper makes a qualitative analysis for the low-rent housing system of Jinan City.
