Since the nineties the twentieth century, represented by high-tech enterprises, knowledge-based business has gradually become an important force for economic development after years of development, It is pillar of coordinated development of national science and technology and economic by its driving force to bring the industrial upgrading and economic stimulus just as the leading role of science and technology.As the most important resources of a knowledge-based core business needed for development of enterprise, employees have the core of "knowledge".It is first source of gain competitive advantage for the company .so it became The goal of enterprises, it takehe requirements and possibilities for for the movement of key employees of knowledge-based enterprises. Core staff itself has the choice of career pursuits and a variety of characteristics and development of economic globalization, which make the loss of key employees to become troubled by the problem of knowledge-based enterprises,.to solve the problem .The view of Risk management point can be management approach to the problem of the core employee'loss of the Knowledge-Based Enterprise.On the basis of defining the core employee turnover risk of knowledge-based enterprises, This paper have get the research of the risk factors affecting the flow of core staff of Knowledge-Based Enterprise,and build index system of core staff turnover risk of Knowledge-Based Enterprise, and use the fuzzy matter-element method to achieve the level of evaluation of the enterprise core staff's loss.It has proposed the operation flow of warning system of the core employee'loss of knowledge-based enterprise and proposed.Corresponding management measures for state of alert and crisis situations fromsystem feedback.First, this study describes the background, purpose and significance, research status, research methods and ideas. Secondly, this paper defines the knowledge-based enterprises, key employees, loss of key employees, risk management concepts, defined the characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises, the core characteristics and loss of employee identification characteristics, the risk management process, and describes the theoretical basis of the related employee needs. Then, this article has analyzed the loss of core staff of Knowledge Enterprise, described the content of core employee turnover risk of Knowledge Enterprise,defined hazards of the risk of staff turnover, and this paper has analyzed the loss risk of key employees of the knowledge-based enterprises from the five factors. Then, based on loss risk factors of key employees of the knowledge-based enterprises, based on principles of the loss risk index system of key employees of knowledge-based enterprises, we build the loss risk index system of core staff of knowledge-based enterprises. Based on comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of some evaluation, this paper has chosed a method of fuzzy matter-element to assesse the loss risk of key employees of the knowledge-based enterprises, as the example of Hollysys, here we assessed the loss risk profile of key employees of the company which demonstrated effective and practical features the loss risk index system of key employees of knowledge-based enterprises and application on evaluation of the method of fuzzy matter-element,this paper has designed the process about the early warning system of key employees of knowledge-based enterprises, and according to risk status from warning and crisis of the system feedback, this paper has proposed to use the risk prevention, risk control and risk strategy to reduce loss risk of key employees of the knowledge-based enterprises.
