The world financial crisis beginning from 2008, has deep impact on the business environment of commercial banks. The changing of economic environment, the increasing competition of financial business, and the diversity of financial needs of clients, had forced commercial banks to strengthen financial innovation, and enhance the core competitions. Under the circumstances of saving and loaning interesting rate narrowed, commercial banks had to change their traditional income-based mode of operation, and to find new revenue sources. Facing the needs of changing the way commercial banks operating, how to effectively motivate key person, the client manager group, improve their ability, to promote the banks'development, and form the core competence.
