For commercial banks,in order to improve the competitiveness of the market,we must promote the reform of the existing personnel system.The performance appraisal of commercial banks not only highlights the development ideas of banks,reflects the development and direction of banks,but also directly affects employees' vital interests.It is a baton that affects the enthusiasm of employees and acts on the development of banks.As the cornerstone and main profit source of most commercial banks,the performance assessment of public customer managers is particularly important.Therefore,the establishment of a complete commercial bank performance appraisal system for public customer managers plays a vital role in the steady development of commercial banks.In this paper,J Anhui branch of the existing public client manager performance appraisal system as the research object,based on the existing public account manager performance appraisal analysis,found the overall thinking,performance assessment indicators for J Anhui branch performance evaluation system of the current setting,examination results and application of assessment and feedback of performance the assessment of the whole process management exist some problems.According to the above problems,the introduction of a balanced scorecard and key performance indicators were designed and improved again for J Anhui branch performance appraisal system,part of the optimization of the existing performance evaluation system for the development of the business,and play a positive role.'This article is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction part.This part mainly narrates the background of the author's topic,the significance of the research,the research review at home and abroad as well as the research methods and the framework of the paper.The second part mainly expounds the relevant basic theory.The third part analyzes the current situation and problems of J bank's evaluation system for public account managers,expounds their basic situations,and finds out the shortcomings through questionnaires,and analyzes the existing problems.The fourth part is the optimization of the new performance appraisal system,by combining the current balanced scorecard and the key performance index method.The fifth part puts forward the new guarantee measures of the performance appraisal system,so as to ensure the new performance appraisal system landing and the practical application.The sixth part makes a summary of the whole paper,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
