With the increases of downward pressure on the macroeconomic environment,the relaxation of private banking licenses,and the steadily development of Internet finance,city commercial banks have also ushered in a wave of severe winter on development: the loan-deposit spreads squeeze leads to lower profits,and the difficulty in the development of private enterprises have caused the defective rate to soar,the customer obtain field is affected by the restriction of physical bank branches layout.City commercial banks have encountered difficulties successively in market possession,customer development and maintenance,and the pressure of competitiveness has surged constantly.They can only pay more attention to the development of local markets and customer mining.This determines the first place as the role of people in business marketing.Make a good job about the human resources management work of customer manager group has become an important proposition for the development of city commercial banks.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore an optimization plan for the performance appraisal scheme of the Bank of Lanzhou customer manager.Based on the above background,this article first combines the current performance evaluation of the Bank of Lanzhou customer manager,through questionnaire surveys and interviews with front-line client managers,and finds that there is a gap between the comprehensive capabilities of client managers and performance assessment requirements in the current performance assessment program,and it is difficult to highlight the performance assessment guidance and performance.The problems of imperfect assessment schemes,single application of performance results,and unclear standards are the main reasons for the lack of sound performance culture construction,performance assessment schemes,and performance assessment guarantee systems.On the basis of summarizing the existing problems,this thesisproposes an optimization plan for the performance appraisal scheme of the Bank of Lanzhou customer manager and discusses the implementation strategy of the optimization plan in order to promote the Bank of Lanzhou.In the case that the bank industry can hardly win by the advantages of product differences,the scientific management system and the value of talents play a greater role in the construction of competitive advantages than ordinary enterprises.This optimization plan and implementation strategy can improve of the management mechanism of customer manager performance appraisal of Bank of Lanzhou can stimulates the work initiative of the customer manager better,maintains the stability of the customer manager team,and promotes the growth and success of the customer manager,and then enhance the competitiveness of Bank of Lanzhou comprehensively.
