The average life expectancy elderly, the sick rate, disability rate, decreased self-care ability, child support, pressure, making the family pension challenge, especially in rural households enjoying five guarantees the current system, nursing home system on the rural collective economic dependency strong, and the unbalanced nature of the rural collective economy directly affect the popularity of collective old-age and large-scale development, collective old-age security function has been severely weakened.Meanwhile, rural economic development in some places is not sufficient, the vast majority of older persons income is limited, so the main way to rely on savings for old age pension can not solve the problem.In this paper, the basic endowment insurance of rural issues and related research has combed, analyzed the status of the province of rural endowment insurance, the main problems in particular, through the new rural endowment insurance in Fuyuan County, Yunnan Province, the work of case studies, exploratory The proposal for the situation in Yunnan Province, feasible and effective new rural social pension insurance system in the process of building a socialist new countryside to establish and improve rural endowment insurance system for the final settlement of rural old-age problems theoretical and practical reference. |
