Research On The Current Rural Social Old-age Insurance Of China

With the process of reform and opening up,our country city industrialization accelerated and the family structure is being changed.The "three generations" family is being replaced by the modern family,pension problems have becoming increasingly prominent.In the marketplace,our social old-age insurance is working up.Nevertheless,compared with the city,the problems of rural old-age pension in the family pension,government subsidies,pension management,farmers and other aspects of the insurance is more prominent.Therefore,this article is divided into four parts a systematic research around the rural population endowment problem.The first chapter,introduction.This part introduces the research background and the significance of this article,the main research results about endowment problem,puts forward some possible innovative points,and reflects the insufficiency of the thesis.The second chapter,the theory of rural social old-age insurance.In this part,we introduce the related concepts of rural social old-age insurance,summarize the basic ideas of the old-age insurance of classical Marx doctrine and the relevant responsibility of government.The third chapter,the present state of rural social old-age insurance in China.Rural social old-age insurance system has experienced the old-pattern rural social old-age insurance,the period of the old-pattern rural social old-age insurance stagnation and the new-pattern rural social old-age insurance exploration,the new-pattern rural social old-age insurance,the urban and rural residents social old-age insurance four stages.The establishment of the urban and rural residents social old-age insurance is effectively to reduce the pressure of the rural population aging,ease the countryside family conflicts,narrow the gap between urban and rural endowment,maintain social justice,harmony and stability.However,in the promotion of the new rural social old-age insurance system,there are still exist problems such as family endowment insurance,government subsidy mechanism,pension fund management,the implementation of farmers' insurance and so on.The fourth chapter,the countermeasures of perfecting the rural social old-age insurance.This part mainly from Increasing support for the family pension,strengthening the construction of pension management system,speeding up the urban and rural pension insurance system docking,increasing investment in talent,science and technology to solve the issues of rural social old-age insurance in China.The issues of rural social old-age insurance is a realistic problem of dynamic development,we need to keep our attention and timely make a theoretical response.
