The slather of the appliance on one hand makes our life more convenience and improves our life level; but on the other hand the mass abandoned appliance casts mischance to our life and environment if improperly disposed. In recent years, our inventory of appliance maintains a high increasing velocity. But meanwhile our society is entering into fastigium of elimination of appliance thus giving birth to a mass of worn-out appliance. If these worn-out appliance can be properly recycled, it not only brings about huge economic benefits,brand effects but also huge social and green achievements. So people pay close attention to reclamation of the abandoned appliance. However, the current status of the recycling is less than satisfactory. For a long time, it is in a scattered and out-of-order elementary situation. Moreover, the home appliance market all the while is in a certain condition of lack of legal restriction and induct so that it does not shape scale effects. Now the abandoned appliance is individually recycled and low-levelly decompounded so that it does great threaten to environment and causes severe wasting of resources. So it does do great significance to make properly recycling of the abandoned appliance especially it is a key point to establish a high effective converse distribution network. As we all know, the recycling of the abandoned appliance has been provided with decentralization,probabilistic of quality,slow-motion of time. It is complex and difficult to contrive a valid and moderate adverse distribution network of the abandoned appliance with many and alterable influencing factors. All of these become one point of the intricacy and handicap of the distribution network of the worn-out appliance.The thesis firstly carries a research on the literature about the adverse worn-out household appliance logistics. Based on the comprehending of the theories and practice of the abandoned adverse logistics , we elaborate the present situation of the junk market of Qing Dao not only analyzing the current status and problems but also the influencing factors and construction principles and so on. Then the paper analyses the structure of the worn-out appliance adverse logistics especially takes a research on the operating patterns,comprehensive plans and the performance characteristics of the joint of framework facilities. This thesis lays foundation on the analysis of the identity and network structure of worn-out household appliance in allusion to Qing Dao which is the pilot city of the abandoned appliance. Based on the precondition of uncertainty of recycling magnitude of the worn-out appliance, this paper construct a distribution network aimed at TV,refrigerator,washing machine,home air-conditioner,computer and so on. The main joint framework involves recovery point,storage and detecting node,disassembly and disposal factory,again distributing market and waste disposing node and so on. This paper exercises mixed-integer linear programming(MILP) to establish corresponding pattern and at last we apply the LINGO software to solve the problem. We come to a conclusion of the location of the installation node and the volume of between every nodal point. This model takes the maximum of expected revenue as its objective and makes proposals to gathering and disposing of worn-out appliance of Qing Dao.
