As countries join the satellite orbital resources competition,China is facing a high density of satellite launch period.Company A that is China's main production base of the launch rocket,needs adding product capacity during high density of satellite launch period,so Company A must complete transforming of the major key production processes.The using of project management technology will play a vital role in the progress management of key project line transformation projects.Although the traditional project management technology in company A has been used for many years,and accumulated a wealth of experience,the project duration that involves the key process of aerospace products production line transformation is very sensitive,and the traditional project schedule management technology cannot meet and adapt to current project management needs.Looking back on the previous project tardiness case,the reason for the project overdue is nothing more than the initial safety of the project set too much time,the implementation of the project in the process of frequent resource conflicts,coupled with the activities of the task when the problem is not set aside enough buffer time to deal with and so on.This paper discusses how to combine the key chain theory technology with the traditional project management technology in the background of A company's key process production line transformation project,and apply it to the schedule management of the key process production line transformation project.On the basis of introducing the present situation of project management research at present,this paper introduces the advanced technology of key chain theory into the key process production line transformation project in view of the shortcomings of traditional project management methods in project management.At the beginning of the project,the project is decomposed in detail and the completion time of each task is estimated.Then,the key path of the project is found.The size of the project buffer and the import buffer are calculated and then imported into the corresponding position,The formation of the final key chain,and finally through the three-color monitoring method of the progress of the project implementation of dynamic management,thus ensuring the smooth progress of the project.Through the actual transfer project,it shows that the theory of critical chain technology to key process production line reconstruction project schedule management provides a very important complementary role,and it also obtains good effect in the transfer to other project.It is the key for the implementation of successful project transfer.This paper provides a certain reference experience for the future similar space military enterprise key process production line reconstruction project schedule.
