Empirical Study On Supplier Quality Management Improvement Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

With the development of economic globalization, supply chain management developed continuously and was widely concerned during 1990s. The competition among the supply chain members has been transformed to win-win cooperation. Meanwhile, new quality management thoughts emerged. Quality management changes from the product quality to Total Quality Management to the whole quality of supply chain. Therefore, supplier quality plays an increasingly important role in the process of the level ascension on the whole supply chain quality.Based on the research of the supplier quality management theories and supply chain collaboration, this paper reviews the relevant research, providing references for analyzing systematically and discussing the supplier quality management practice activities in G Company, and laid the theoretical foundation for the empirical study.In empirical research, from supplier quality management angle, this article analyzes the present situation, the main problems, the relevant causes and improvement scheme of G Company. First, this paper uses enterprise survey, employees' interview and questionnaire to find status and practice of the supplier quality management to examine and rethink supplier quality management and the cooperation between enterprises and suppliers based on supply chain collaboration, and to enhance validity and practicability of the application on supply chain collaboration theory. Then, with mature supplier quality management theory, this paper sets up supplier quality management optimization program systematically, as to improve enterprises supplier quality management level in the environment of supply chain. Finally, this article advices the applied analysis on the aspects of supplier quality supply capacity assessment and supplier classification management, in order to provide G Company and the same type enterprises the reference about how to implement supplier quality management method.
