The Study On The Industries Structure Potimization Of West Delta Economic Region

In the past ten years, the Western Development makes the great improvement of both hard and soft environment in West of China. But in the whole country, the economy of western area is still lagging behind the eastern coast regions and the gap is widening. The development model of the eastern economic cycle has been validated as suited to China's national conditions. Therefore, a "West Delta Economic Region" is established in this paper, which includs Chongqing, Chengdu and Xi'an as the core of three provinces. Based on this, the industiral stucture of three provinces is the key affair to keep the promotion of whole region's economy, this is also the key problem to be analysised in this thesis.This study under the perspective of build the great entry point for the western development and optimize the industrial structure to promote industrial growth. This is the spirit of strengthening the industry ties of cooperation, give full play to Chongqing, Chengdu and Xi'an. After analysis the status quo of "West Delta Economic Region," we do the elaboration about the necessity and feasibility and constraints. Then we give the overall status and comparative analysis of three provinces'industrial structures, and find the problems about the present West Delta Economic Region industrial structure, first,it has the same structure problem; Second, the low level of industry, internal structure must be improved urgently; Third, industrial connection degree is low, lack of cooperation machanism; Fourth, defect of industrial cooperation, the industrial chain must be needed. Based on those problems, the thesis make some opinions about functions, key affairs and gradient orientation of "West Delta Economic Region " and give further optimize the industrial structure of the proposed relevant countermeasures. Encourage use the methods to promote the economy of three regions, such as adjusting industrial internal structure, developing high technology industries, creating the circulation industry chain and use the advantages, joint-related human, scientific and technological elements, to develop competitive industries, highlighting the competitive strength. Finally, the three provinces could truly reach the win-win cooperation, promote western development, improve the level of national economic development.
