Research And Design Of Mobile Business Hall Staff Training System Based On E-Learning

With the coming of knowledge economy, traditional training method has not keep up with the need of rapid development of enterprise. The development of Internet and E-learning technology enable E-learning more and more widely in the field of enterprise training. This thesis based on actual project proposed E-learning training solution for the problem of the current mobile business hall staff training, constructed a support system of E-learning training that is suitable for business characteristic and position characteristic of mobile business hall to improve marketing and service capabilities of business hall and further enhance the competitive advantage of mobile enterprise.This thesis firstly introduced the research background and significance, expounded domestic and foreign research status of enterprise E-learning, researched and analyzed the relevant theories. Then this thesis analyzed the current situation of the staff training of mobile business hall, pointed out the shortcomings of existing training method, proposed solution of using E-learning training method, and designed E-learning training instructional process that includes analyzing training demand, setting training goal, designing training course, designing E-learning platform, implementing training and evaluating training effect for mobile business hall staff training according to its actual demand. On the basis of the above work, this thesis analyzed the functional demand and performance demand of training software system for mobile business hall staff, designed system framework,function module,database,interface according to demand analysis, and designed system security from the following four aspects:operating system security, web server security, database security and application security. This thesis described the implementation of system main function modules in detail after defining the system development environment and runtime environment. Finally, this thesis maked a simple quantitative assessment for the training effect after system application.
