Research On The Construction Of Performance Evaluation Index System Of CUBA Basketball Team In Henan Province

In the new era,the sports cause of our country is booming.The society attaches more and more importance to the development of college competitive sports,among which the construction of high-level sports teams is an important part.By 2020,283 colleges and universities have built high-level sports teams in our country with a total of 872 sports teams,of which 161 basketball sports teams account for 18%.Henan province,a province with large population,has cultivated excellent basketball players such as Xue Yuyang,Wang Lei,Li Gen and Jiang Yuxing.However,the competitive level of college and university basketball teams in Henan province is not enough in the whole country in recent years.Under the background of the promoting of the development of college and university basketball teams in Henan province,integrating the relevant management knowledge,taking performance management as the starting point,combing the influencing factors of the construction of college and university basketball teams,and on the basis of in-depth understanding of the current situation of CUBA basketball team in Henan province,the evaluation index of this research is constructed through two rounds of index selection,of which the weight of the index is determined.Thus,the performance evaluation index system of CUBA basketball team in Henan province is constructed.This thesis studies the performance evaluation index and evaluation method of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities by analyzing the works of the domestic and foreign scholars,and combining strategic management with performance evaluation,adopting literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods.In this way,a complete performance evaluation index system of CUBA basketball team in Henan province is established.The results are as follows.1.Since 1987,China first launched the high-level sports team in ordinary universities,and has made many excellent achievements in the 30 years of development,which has injected new vitality into the school sports.Chinese scholars are committed to the research on the construction of high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities,with rich scientific research results,and the research focus covers the current situation of sports team development and development countermeasures;But in the past,most of the performance evaluation of the construction of high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities focused on the competition performance,and did not pay attention to the evaluation of daily training and the training of athletes;In the performance evaluation system,the difference between collective and individual projects is not fully emphasized,which is not conducive to the development of specific sports teams to some extent.2.Based on the background of the literature on the performance evaluation index system of high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities,the literature on performance evaluation based on knowledge map can be summarized as follows: the visual analysis of the management research of the basketball teams in China can be summarized as the embryonic stage: 1990-2000,and the amount of papers on the management of the sports teams in Colleges and universities is slow before the 20 th century;Formation stage: from the 21 st century to 2010,the society pays more attention to the high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities,and attaches more importance to the sports in Colleges and universities,which makes the rapid growth of scholars' writing;Development stage: after 2010,the management evaluation mode of college sports team began to develop and put into practice.3.To understand the current situation of the development of CUBA basketball team in Henan Province,and analyze the CUBA basketball team in Henan Province,including the following aspects: in the aspects of athletes' talents,teachers resources,campus environment and training conditions;Disadvantages: the outstanding athletes are not attractive,the contradiction between learning and training is still there,the management system is not perfect,and the medical equipment is general;Opportunity:the relevant policies issued by the state strongly support the development of sports teams in Colleges and universities and the demand for sports talents for social development;Threat: the fairness of sports competition,the limited competitive time of college basketball players are mainly.4.Through the analysis of the guiding ideology of performance evaluation index system,it can be summarized as follows:(1)adhere to the spirit of national policy documents,keep up with the requirements of the times development,(2)give full play to the evaluation function,maximize the evaluation benefit,(3)insist on highlighting the specific characteristics of specific projects,distinguish collective projects and individual projects,(4)adhere to the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis;The basic principles of the evaluation index system are summarized as the principle of goal priority,the combination of integrity and independence,objectivity,scientificity and operability;The performance evaluation of CUBA basketball team in Colleges and universities is summarized as comprehensive,phased and special.5.Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard,this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of CUBA basketball team in Henan Province,and gives the corresponding weight to the index by AHP,including: the conditions for building the team(0.1645),the contribution of basketball team to the school(0.4330),basketball team management(0.3084),learning and growth(0.0939),organization and leadership management Coach management and other nine secondary indicators,as well as 27 three-level indicators constitute.In order to establish the performance evaluation index system,it can provide effective basis for the evaluation and management of the high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities in our province.
