The power transmission project has a high risk because of its large investment, long construction period, construction difficult and many uncertain factors involved in the construction process, so strengthening the power transmission project risk assessment study has important practical significance. Also, be pointed out that: Since the power transmission project is the people's livelihood project, so good project risk management is not only will bring good economic returns to the construction companies, but also enormous social benefits.Firstly, this paper describes the basic theory detailed and specific related to project risk, risk assessment and evaluation methods, establish a theoretical foundation for the Comprehensive Evaluation of the project risk of sanguikou 110kv power transmission project; Secondly, introduced the overview of the project; analysis of power transmission project risk assessment factors, the Power Transmission Project risk assessment index system was constructed, including four two-level indicators, such as project construction risk, project management risk, economic risk and project engineering environmental risk and 13 three-level indicators, and strive to be comprehensive, rational, scientific to evaluate the index system construction.In this thesis, determined the relative weight by the AHP evaluation; On this basis, constructed gray-level comprehensive evaluation of risk model based on gray theory , and the model is applied to the sanguikou 110kv power transmission project in the calculated risk assessment the total risk of the project evaluation results. The risk level of the project risk between in the general and higher risk tended to be the greater risk, the four risk factors to the total project value of the contribution of risk assessment is construction risk, economic risk engineering, project management environmental risks and engineering risks in the decreasing order. Finally, put forward specific measures to provide information for project managers to strengthen risk management form four areas: The progress of control risk, quality risk management, project cost control risk, project risk management in the organization and coordination.
