Research On Income Distribution Of Tan Zhou International Convention And Exhibition Center Project Based On Risk

In the current economic environment,the PPP model has obvious advantages in promoting economic growth and improving the utilization of private capital.In order to attract private capital to participate in the project,we must establish a reasonable income distribution mechanism.Benefit sharing mechanism is the basis of effective cooperation among all participants in PPP projects.Coordinating the interests of all parties and constructing,a fair and reasonable income distribution scheme is the key to the smooth implementation of PPP urban infrastructure projects.Only by making,all participants feel fair and reasonable about the results of income distribution,so they establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a reasonable income distribution model for PPP projects,which can provide reference for government departments and social capitalists on the income distribution of PPP urban infrastructure projects.Firstly,this paper explains the background,significance and research status of the topic,analyzes the feasibility and applicability of PPP model in urban infrastructure,and analyzes the necessity of designing income distribution mechanism.And the PPP model,income distribution subject,income distribution factors and other related concepts and theories are analyzed.Then it introduces the basic situation of the project of Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center,including the general situation of the project,the scale of investment,the mode of cooperation,the relevant responsibilities of the project participants,the structure of investment and financing,the mechanism of return,etc.Then it expounds the project risk of Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center,analyzes the risk,risk allocation principle,risk allocation process and allocation mechanism in Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center,and constructs the evaluation of five first-class indicators including construction risk,financial risk,income risk,government political risk and other risks.The system uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risks of the government and social capital respectively,and provides the basis for revising the parameters of the income distribution model of Tanzhou Intermational Convention and Exhibition Center project.Finally,this paper constructs a risk-based income distribution model of Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center project,estimates the project income,determines the basic principles of income distribution,and distributes the project income of Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.It can be seen that social capital bears greater project risk and contributes more to the project,so the final income is also more.Therefore,the income distribution process has higher reliability and practicality.
