Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Production Up To Standards Level Of Substation Project

In order to achieve the construction management requirements of network infrastructure project, it is very necessary to carry out an overall evaluation of the production up to standards level for the substation project.Firstly, the paper introduced the theory of project management, network project management, production up to standards of substation project, comprehensive evaluation and so on. And it provided scientific theory basis for the comprehensive evaluation of production up to standards level of substation project. Secondly, in combination with the existing production up to standards assessment method of transmission and distribution project and on the basis of the comprehensive and simplified principle, it constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system of production up to standards level of substation project. Thirdly, it selected the principal component analysis method as the evaluation method of production up to standards level of substation project and made a theoretical explanation. Finally, it carried on a comprehensive evaluation empirical Study for production up to standards level of five substation projects of Inner Mongolia Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd. And it obtained an order of the better and worse for production up to standards level of five substation projects.
