The Research On Shucheng's Blending In Hefei Economic Circle From The Perspective Of Industrial Strategic Positioning

Today, as the regional economic integrated, metropolitan circle economy, which radiates and drives the economy of surrounding areas based on central cities, has become a new round of growth poles of regional economic development. Through continuous enhancement of economic interaction to attract and radiate the economy of the surrounding area, the central cities are assumed as the protagonist in the allocation of regional economic resources. However, the nature of the economic cycle is moving towards economic integration, and seeking common development of the regional economy. The development of economic circle can not leave the central city of pulling on the surrounding areas, but also can not be lack of the support to the central city of the surrounding areas, only when this two interact positively, can there be a coordinated way. County economy is the most active member of market economy, during the process of regional economic integration, more and more counties call for the integration into economic circle, in order to promote the accelerated development of its own.Construction of Hefei Economic Circle is the strategic decision which was made by Anhui provincial government after assessing the situation, being of great significance for the promotion of Anhui to achieve leapfrog development. In the process of accelerated development of Hefei Economic Circle, the convergence planning, traffic fusion and industrial linkage of the central city of Hefei and the surrounding cities and counties are becoming continued strengthened. As one of the surrounding counties of Hefei, located adjacent, having the similar cultures, industries are highly complementary, only the flow moving and active integration can Shucheng share the development opportunities brought by win-win cooperation. Speeding up the integration into Hefei Economic Circle and Industrial Transfer Demonstration Region of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River is the strategic positioning of Shucheng country during the Eleventh Five-Year Period and the Twelfth Five-Year Period, but also is the only way and realistic option of speeding up the urbanization process. "Urban Economic Circle" is a relatively new research direction in our country, survey in the domestic academic and abroad shows that there are not so many papers about how a county unit joins into the urban economic circle. Currently, most of the researches about the "Hefei Economic Circle" are concentrated on the overall level, although there are some points about the county level, after all, they are not systematic and lack of guidance.This topic roots from Anhui University 'and Shucheng joint training of graduate and innovation base. This study takes Shucheng as an example, discuss on how the industries of Shucheng can have a better integration of Hefei Economic Circle, thus provide some reference for the government of Shucheng on the decision-making of development, but also bring some inspiration or reference to promote the domestic counties integrating into other urban economic circles. The third, fourth and fifth chapter are the main part of the full text. The third chapter summarizes the status economic development of Shucheng. Based on the combination of many planning about Hefei Economic Circle and Shucheng, this aspect analyses the overall economic status of Shucheng in the Hefei Economic Circle and some possible points of industrial cooperation with neighboring cities and counties, meanwhile, it sorts out the effectiveness of the integration work. In the fourth chapter, this article describes the problems which Shucheng is facing in the process of integration from the overall level of Hefei Economic Circle and Shucheng own level, it proposes the objectives, principles, strategic positioning of the "one core, two regions", as well as the integration strategies of three industries and key industries. In the fifth chapter, on how to solve the problems Shucheng encountered in the integration and how to achieve better industrial docking, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations and safeguards correspondingly.
