Research On Land Use Function Zoning Of Border Port Zine Of Dongning In Heilongjiang Province

In the background of international cooperation between countries, Russia and China promot strategic partnership in politics, economy and trade, science and technology, humanities, safety etc.. The corporation of the two contries play an important role in regional economic cooperation development. Border port city becomes more and more important. The revitalization of old industrial base in northeast of china make the study of economic and social status, opening and cooperation deeper and wider. But the study of border port city focus on policy, trade, logistics, investment etc., but the study of land use is less. There are many blank and defects in land use and land use should be standardlized. Scientific planning and rational utilization of land resources are urgent problems existing in current economic development and the revitalizion of border area.Based on this, this article selects the typical border port city Dongning city which locates between the two countries as the research area, by the thorough research on the land use status and land utilization direction of DongNing city,this thesis analyed function division of Dongning city by the application of SPSS software. The outcome of principal component and cluster analysis method shows that DongNing city can be divided into there function zoning, combined with the actual situation, Dongning city can be divided into four land use function zoning. Then By using the drawing function of GIS software, the chart of land use function zoning has been got. Finally, some suggestions for rational utilization are also discussed.
