The Research Of Lean Product Development Management System Of TE China

New product development guarantees the continued success of enterprise operation, whereas efficient R&D management guarantees the continued success of new product introduce. Enterprise R&D management, as the core content of technology innovation theory, has already been researched widely by domestic and foreign scholars since early 1980s.This thesis summarized the existing research achievements about R&D management into three modes:Technology-based confident intuition R&D management, Project-based R&D management mode and Process-based optimization R&D management mode. Then the existing problems and the causes of the current R&D management in TE China were analyzed in the paper. Based on the existing R&D management theories and models, the paper designed leanPD management system for TE China, and described its main structural elements in detail, and also discussed its implementing ways. Finally the leanPD management system was applied to one business unit of TE China, and reconstructed its R&D management system.The practice in TE China illuminates: leanPD management system set up in this paper improved R&D efficiency significantly, controlled the R&D cost effectively, improved the product quality and helped the transmission and sharing of knowledge and experience. This leanPD management system could be helpful on the construction of R&D management system in Chinese electronic enterprises, and has wide application prospect.
