Relational Research Of The Team Networks Structure,Eam Process And Teacreativity

The international financial crisis has had bad impact and challenges on China’s economy, while it has also brought many opportunities. In order to capture such opportunities in the changing world, the enterprises, especially the new ventures, must enhance their competitiveness by self-dependent innovation. At the same time, it is considering that how to survive and get the sustained development in such harsh conditions and how to improve the operation of the company’s internal flexibility and adaptability. With the increasing popularity of the teamwork, the comprehensive quality of a team is based on its pioneering work. It’s not difficult to know that how to integrate the innovative elements, improve the levels and team creativity become the common concern for a team leader or manager.By analyzing the relative materials at home and abroad, I noticed that experts have paid attention to the entrepreneurial team, especially the creativity of new ventures. However, there are few resources studying the relationships among the team network structure, process and creativity from the view of social network structure. This paper comes up with the theory which pointing out the relationship among the team network structure, process and creativity from the view of social network structure, and further explains the team network structure can not only directly stimulate the team creativity, but also affect it through the effects of team process.In addition, the paper proposes an intervening variable of the team process, namely "black box", which reveals how it operates. Meanwhile, it investigates the social network structure and makes more effective communication, less conflicts between team members to enhance team cohesiveness, overall operation and team creativity. The related data through the questionnaire survey, combined with the statistical analysis, is applied to SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0software and proved in the aspects of structural equation model, optimal model matching and hypotheses to obtain some certain valuable conclusions.
