At present, China SMES has revealed very serious problems in the field of labor relations, shocked the whole country, "Foxconn jump"events, community events focused on labor dispute broke out, causing everyone in the private economy, especially SMES concerns of labor relations management. In the totalprivate economy bigger, not a good solution to future sustainable development, many very serious problems are gradually exposed. How to guide SMEs to standardize and improve management of labor relations in enterprises, harmonious labor relations is imperative given the evaluation criteria, a set can be scientifically accurate, and operable evaluation index system of labor relations.In this thesis based on Sandver labor relations model, forthputting scientifice methodapplied valuatio, a set of scientific and feasible evaluation system of labor relations and appling to the detection status of SMES labor relations in Beijing to explore the existence of the focal point problems. In this thesis, the normative analysis and positive analysis ofresearch methods, norms of harmonious labor relations solutions to SMES framework and standards established problems. Empirical analysis is the investigation and data analysis in-depth understanding of the status of labor relations for problems in SMES of Beijing, and harmonious labor relations for SMES evaluation and applicability ofscientific validation.Evaluation of SMES in Beijing empirical study of labor relations, labor legislation and policy for development of real data rovides the basisalso for the status of labor relations in enterprises a comprehensive "examination". And application of evaluation index system of labor relations for SMEs to design a set of questions on the implementation of preventive labor relations for SMEs, regulation and control of early-warning mechanism for the harmonious development of labor relations for SMEs in Beijing to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance.
