With the emergence of new scientific and technological revolution,the traditional manufacturing industry is facing a huge impact,especially the emerging of“China Manufacturing 2025”,intelligent manufacturing is becoming the inevitable direction of the development of China's manufacturing industries.Unlike traditional manufacturing enterprises,intelligent manufacturing enterprises have higher requirements for knowledge,skills and experience of their employees.Besides,the employees of intelligent manufacturing enterprises are more personalized,and have higher demands on working environment,salary and welfare,and their own rights and interests.In fact,many intelligent manufacturing enterprises also appeared a lot of conflicts of labor relation.Therefore,how to build a scientific early warning index system of labor relations in intelligent manufacturing enterprises has become an important issue to promote the healthy development of intelligent manufacturing enterprises in China.Based on the Sandver's labor relationship model,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of labor relations in intelligent manufacturing enterprises and the principles of constructing early warning index of labor relations.Secondly,this paper puts forward a set of scientific and practical early warning index system for the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Then,the paper designs the corresponding questionnaire and investigates and analyzes the labor relations of 86 intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and uses AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and Fuzzy Evaluation method to evaluate comprehensively.Taking an intelligent manufacturing enterprise as an example,the evaluation process is discussed in detail.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the labor relations of intelligent manufacturing enterprises in China.The labor relations of intelligent manufacturing enterprises are not harmonious enough in China,according to the research which highlights the unreasonable control of human resource cost,the lack of reasonable satisfaction of employees' rights and interests,and the training of employees' intelligent manufacturing skills.Therefore,the research of the subject provides the theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of the harmonious labor relations of China intelligent manufacturing enterprises and the formulation of relevant policies for Chinese government agencies.
