Research. Hunan Province, The Main Food Product Safety Issues

Hunan province is china's major grain-producing province, the province in addition to meet the demands of itself all year round but also can output to other provinces of China.Hunan food safety and food security play a decisive role in china. Hunan total and per capita food grain production had decreased, the production began to resume growth in recent years. In response to this phenomenon, this paper analysed its causes, processes, results of a systematic using economics, ecology, agronomy methods, this paper is designed to provide a reference for hunan province sustainable development of food production, obtained the main conclusions are as follows:1 Hunan has excellent conditions for food production, climate suitable for multiple cropping, temperature, light, rich in water resources and a high degree of coupling, fertile and arable land suitable for large-scale production, along with scientific and technological advantages,farm machinery and equipment advantages,food production security advantages.2. Hunan province food production overall can meet the grain consumer demand, it is in a safe condition. Food production has some fluctuations individual years, but small range of fluctuation between years, the ability to restore growth. As the redeployment of food and beverages increased, Hunan food should be steady growth.3. The main problems of Hunan food production are the insufficient number of arable land, the weakness of irrigation infrastructure, the inadequateness of agricultural technical service system, the low level of FAO. In recent years, global climate change, natural disasters increase in frequency, affecting the stability of food production.4. To ensure main food products safety of Hunan,we need to focus on four aspects:(1) Protection policies should be constituted to increase therural enthusiasm for planting; (2) Strengthening agriculture technology service;(3) The infrastructural construction should be strengthened to increasethe production of the grain; (4)Perfection measures should be adopted and themanagement should be energized for the grain reserve。...
